REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CHECKLISTS
The following information and/or documentation will be required to process your residential loan application. Please gather all the information requested forward to us via fax, scan/email or mail.
If you are PURCHASING
- Sales contract signed by buyer and seller (including addendums)
- Canceled checks, both sides, for down payment & bank statements evidencing source of funds for deposit, if received

- Condominium: Management Company name, address and telephone number, Condo Docs
- Sale of home or other property - sales contract and/or closing statement
- Gift - gift letter and verification of Donor=s ability to provide gift & deposit of same

If you are REFINANCING
- Warranty Deed
- Original existing Survey
- Most recent property tax bill
- Copy of Note and Mortgage
|
- Existing title policy
- Homeowners, Flood and Windstorm Insurance Certificates
- Condominium: Management company name, address and telephone number
|
Employment Information (two complete years):
- Name, address and telephone number of employer (including 2nd Jobs)
- Social Security numbers
- Year to date pay stubs covering the last 30 days pay period
- Two years signed personal tax returns with all schedules and W-2's and/or 1099's
- Two years signed corporate tax returns with all schedules and K-1's (if self-employed)
- Year to Date Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet (if self-employed)
Substantiate other income:
- Income from rental property: copy of annual leases OR Schedule E on personal tax returns
- Interest from mortgage held: copy of mortgage and note receivable (must continue for two years or more)
- Alimony or child support: divorce decree, property settlement and 12 months canceled checks
- Social Security, Disability, Retirement: most recent award letter

Assets and Liabilities:
- Name, address, account numbers and approximate balances of the following:
- Checking and savings accounts and last three months consecutive bank statements
- Stocks and bonds and last three months consecutive bank statements
- Money Markets, CDs, IRAs, 401Ks, Retirement accounts and last three months consecutive bank statements
- Credit cards, personal loans, mortgages and automobile loans
- Previous credit references
- Residence: Rental and/or mortgage information for the past two years
